Our educational services provide product training and support to our TractManager clients. Our certified educational consultants administer onsite and web-based trainings to teach your users the most efficient way to use our solutions. We structure the role-based training sessions to your organization’s specific contracting process and compliance goals, showing how our solution suite can impact the daily work of your users.

Training and Implementation for TractManager Customers

The Training and Implementation team provides product training, support, and implementation services to clients. The Implementation Specialist delivers onsite and web-based trainings sessions covering the portfolio of Strategic Sourcing products. Sessions are designed to teach clients best practices relative to the use and deployment of sourcing data and technologies within the client system.

Implementation Services helps clients structure customized solutions that ensure stakeholders are informed, trained, and ready to manage recall notices by the go live date.
