Kristin Stitt is an experienced healthcare professional with more than 25 years in practice. She is an Adult Nurse Practitioner, with specialty training in Cardiovascular Wellness and Prevention, and her experience has included direct patient care as a nurse and advanced practice nurse in critical care, hospice, trauma, and cardiology.
She has held leadership positions in cardiology private practice at Mid-America Cardiology and Advanced Cardiovascular Specialists in Kansas City, Mo., as well as service line leadership positions at Mosaic LifeCare, a progressive ACO in St. Joseph, Mo. She has industry experience in the integration of predictive modeling at the point of care while serving as VP of Product Development and Strategy at Health Outcomes Sciences in Kansas City, Mo., and she designed evidence-based care pathways with correlation to quality measure achievement in care coordination as a Consultant at Rounding Well in Nashville, Tenn.
Kristin brings a clinical voice, seasoned with an understanding of operations, to the value analysis discussion. Her varied experience brings a unique perspective to her role as Value Analysis Manager at TractManager, specifically in translating clinical and managerial data and evidence for consensus in decision making, understanding the uniqueness of each client, operationalizing evidence throughout the care delivery process, and defining and achieving value beyond traditional cost-reduction measures. She is passionate about finding sustainable solutions that are relevant to the patient, provider, payer, and health system, while bringing meaningful change to the value equation.
Kristin holds a master’s degree in Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Systems Management from Vanderbilt University. She has undergraduate degrees in Nursing from Creighton University, and Marketing and Economics from Northwest Missouri State University.
