Erin Harvey joined TractManager in 2011. Focusing on the MediTract CLM Compliance Suite, she creates client-facing user guides and release notes, manages internal product information, and serves as a liaison between the MediTract software development team and the rest of the company. Erin has been writing professionally for over a decade, and much of her experience has been concentrated on businesses serving the healthcare industry. Passionate about teaching through writing, she enjoys distilling complex concepts into simple language.
Erin completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English and American language and literature, with a minor in biology.
