MediTract Supports Southside Medical Centers With Annual Golf Classic 2011 Benefit

The MediTract Team was proud to support Southside Medical Centers, Inc., a Community Health Center based out of Atlanta, GA, with this year’s annual Golf Classic held at the Cannongate 1 Golf Club in Sharpsburg, GA. Southside Medical Centers hosts the annual event to benefit their mission of providing affordable, high-quality primary health care, dental, and specialty care services to the underserved and un-insured families in the communities of Metro Atlanta. 

Southside Medical Centers invited a number of supporting organizations to participate in this year’s event at the Cannongate 1 Golf Club in Sharpsburg, Georgia. D’Juana Dudley, Executive Assistant to CEO and Primary Care Physician Dr. Mike Williams helped to organize the September 8th event as a component of SMS’s overall fundraising initiative.

“We were delighted to have MediTract join us at our 11th Annual SMC Golf Classic. Sponsorship like theirs allows us to continue our goal of serving primary healthcare needs to families that are under-insured, unemployed or low-income”, stated D’Juana Dudley.

John Riley, VP of Sales for MediTract said of the event, “Having our sales and operations staff participate in customer events allows our clients to have more personal interaction with our team and helps to put a face to a name.” He further adds, “We are proud of our involvement in this event because it ultimately supports Southside mission of improving the health outcomes for its community.”

This year’s tournament was formatted as a “Team-Scramble” and MediTract fielded four scratch players: Chip Haynes, Paul Jones, Ryan Scafe, & Jonathan Jicks. Team MediTract placed third and was able to bring home a trophy, which is now proudly displayed at our Headquarters in Chattanooga, TN.
