TractManager App for the iPad

The TractManager App provides instant mobile access to contracts and critical business documents hosted by the industry-leading contract management solutions for healthcare and real estate – MediTract and PropertyTract.

The TractManager App permits secure, at-a-glance review of contract documents and their most important components: contract terms, expiration dates, attachments and related documents, such as Business Associate Agreements and Certificates of Insurance.

Enhancing Decision Support Through Secure, Anytime/Anywhere Access

Healthcare and real estate administrators are increasingly expected to have access to detailed critical information anywhere. With the TractManager App, a client can review the details of a particular agreement while in a meeting or work group, visiting an outside department or location, or any other situation where access to a laptop or PC is limited, impractical or simply less desirable.

Mobile access to the entire contracts library enables the client to make more informed and timely decisions regarding contractual relationships, particularly those that pose financial or regulatory risk to the organization.

Functional Benefits

The easy-to-use, elegant interface allows the user to instantly access the contracts library, filter by contract type, expiration date, responsibilities, etc. and drill down to view the details of a specific file. Upon selecting a contract file, the client can view abstracted fields such as contract terms and critical dates, contact information, attachments and compliance details.

Features include search, review, and management of contract libraries allowing clients to:

• Access contracts from different databases
• View contracts as well as contract summary information
• View contract attachments in any format
• Pivot and view contracts by type, expiration date, responsible party and more
• Obtain a complete list of contracts for which they are responsible
• Conduct advanced searches to quickly find specific contracts based on any attribute

 

Availability and Download

The TractManager App is a free download allowing access to MediTract or PropertyTract databases. To get started, clients will need to verify with their TractManager system administrator that they have authorized mobile access for their site. Then clients can simply go to the App Store℠ and type "TractManager" into the search field to find and download the app. Once the app finishes installing, clients may log in using their standard credentials.
