Thomas A. Rizk
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rizk was chief executive officer and a director of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI),
a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) based in Cranford, New Jersey. In his tenure, Mr. Rizk built Cali into a leading super-regional
REIT where he led the company through its highly successful initial public offering in 1994. He was responsible for establishing Cali’s
position as one of the fastest-growing publicly traded REITs in the U.S. At the time of his retirement in April of 1999, Mack-Cali had
a total capitalization of more than $3 billion. Prior to joining Mack-Cali, Mr. Rizk was vice president and general counsel at Dubnoff
& Koch, a New Jersey-based real estate development firm. As a practicing attorney, Mr. Rizk specialized in mergers and acquisitions,
real estate and corporate law. Mr. Rizk also spent a number of years in the cable television industry, conducting mergers and
acquisitions work during a period of transition and deregulation. Mr. Rizk received his B.A. degree in business administration from
Rutgers University, his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law, and his L.L.M. in taxation from the New York University
School of Law.
Carmen Scarpa
Director
Carmen joined Tudor Ventures in 1996. Prior to joining Tudor, Carmen worked for Triumph Capital Group, a Boston based private equity
firm investing in later stage companies. Carmen focuses on internet related businesses, software, and business services. He has led
or co-led Tudor's investments in a number of companies, including Art Technology Group (NASDAQ: ARTG), Captura Software (acquired by
Concur Technologies - NASDAQ: CNQR), Chordiant Software (NASDAQ: CHRD), GAIN Capital, Global Cash Access, Managed Storage International,
MediaBridge (NASDAQ: ENGA), Recruitmax, and Shoebuy (IAC). Carmen currently serves on the Board of Directors of Recruitmax and Incentra Solutions.
Carmen is a graduate of Harvard College, with a degree in Economics, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jeff Williams
Director
Jeff joined Tudor Ventures in 1999. Before joining Tudor, Jeff worked for Downer & Company, an international mergers and acquisitions advisory firm.
Jeff currently focuses on enabling software and services, security, storage, and Internet infrastructure. Jeff is actively involved in Tudor's
investments in Crossbeam Systems, Intelligrated, IDe, and Pipeline Trading. He is also a board observer for ThingMagic. Jeff graduated from Yale
University, with a degree in History, and received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Business.
Brent Shepherd
Board Member
Brent joined GE in 2000 and is a Senior Vice President focused on Healthcare equity investments. Before joining GE, Brent worked for Duff & Phelps, LLC,
a provider of merger and acquisition advisory services to the middle market. Brent currently focuses on equity investments to healthcare companies for GE
Healthcare Financial Services. In addition to TractManager, Brent currently serves on the board of Supplemental Health Care and is a board observer for
AllianceCare. Brent graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a degree in Finance and received his MBA from the Kellogg School
of Management, Northwestern University. Brent is also a CPA.
Scott D. Wollard
Board Member Observer
Scott is a Senior Vice President at GE in Healthcare Corporate Finance. Since joining GE in 2005, Scott has originated and structured transactions for a
number of companies including SXC Health Solutions, Corporation (NASDAQ: SXCI), Salient Surgical Technologies, Aptuit Inc., Patheon Inc. (TSX: PTI.TO),
TractManager, MedPointe Inc., and Specialty Hospitals of America, LLC. Prior to joining GE in 2005, Scott was a Director at UBS Investment Bank in Healthcare
Investment Banking. Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Real Estate from James Madison University,
and a MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School where he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma's national honorary society. Scott is a licensed CPA
and has a Series 7 license.
